• AI-powered influencer matching and recommendations
• Automated email outreach and campaign management
• Campaign analytics and performance tracking
• Gmail integration for sending outreach emails
• Influencer database and roster management
• Post analytics and engagement metrics

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 18 years old to use the Service

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Gmail Integration and Email Services

When you connect your Gmail account to use our email sending features:

• You grant us permission to access your Gmail account via OAuth 2.0 for the sole purpose of sending emails on your behalf
• You are responsible for all emails sent through your connected Gmail account
• You agree to comply with Gmail's Terms of Service and Google's policies
• You agree not to use the Service to send spam, unsolicited emails, or violate any email regulations
• You can revoke Gmail access at any time through your account settings or Google Account settings
• We are not responsible for any issues arising from your use of Gmail integration

You are solely responsible for the content of emails sent through our Service and must ensure compliance with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and other email regulations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Send spam, unsolicited emails, or engage in any form of harassment

• Understand that fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law

Subscription Terms: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Speeedy.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Our Content: All trademarks, service marks, logos, and brand names are the property of Speeedy.ai or their respective owners. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Google Gmail API
• Social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
• Payment processors (PayPal, etc.)
• Cloud hosting services
• AI services (Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini)

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you provide or collect through the Service complies with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Influencer Data: While we strive to provide accurate influencer data, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Service. Influencer data is collected from public sources and may change without notice.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speeedy.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Speeedy.ai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service
• Emails sent through your connected Gmail account

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@speeedy.ai.

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
